简介：该项目是国内首个实施的深隧排涝工程，也是国内排涝规模最大、洞径最大和埋深最大的深层隧洞排水系统工程。通过骨干河道工程和建设一条深55米、总长29公里、最高排涝规模300立方米/秒的深隧，将杭州城西区域洪水排至钱塘江，对保障杭城防洪排涝安全，改善杭州城西区域河网水生态环境具有重要意义。
