概况：我国最早开发的梯级水电站。古田溪为福建省境内的闽江支流，全长90多公里，流域面积1799平方公里，全河段分四级开发，从河流上游至下游持续开发建设，建成古田溪一级、古田溪二级、古田溪三级、古田溪四级四座电站，总装机容量259.3兆瓦，总发电量0.35亿千瓦时。工程以发电为主，并具有造林、养殖和通航等综合效益。
